Disclosure Text Regarding Personal Data Processed in Guest Internet Usage

This disclosure text has been prepared by Compro Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş., in its capacity as data controller, regarding the Hotspot user panel filled out for internet usage, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Your personal data, limited to your name, surname, phone number, and traffic information regarding internet usage, which you share through the Hotspot user panel filled out for internet usage, is processed for the purpose of ensuring the security of the data controller in the provided internet service and fulfilling the obligation to record traffic information as required by Law No. 5651.

The personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal grounds of “explicitly stipulated in the laws” and “being mandatory for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned,” as stated in Article 5 of the KVKK. This personal data will be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations.
