Dear Job Applicant,
This disclosure text has been prepared by Compro Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş., acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It aims to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal reasons, the method of collection, to whom it can be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.
We do not have absolute control over the information you provide in your resumes or on the websites that enable you to reach us. We recommend that you do not share your personal data and sensitive personal data that you do not want us to know with our Company.
- What Personal Data Do We Process?
- Your name, surname, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality information;
- Your e-mail address, address, mobile phone number;
- Your health information (such as your disability status) if you include it in your resume;
- Your education status, certificate and diploma information, expertise information, foreign language skills, information about your skills, information about seminars and courses you have attended, computer skills, exam result information;
- Your work experience information (e.g., sectors, companies, position, responsibilities, salary you received);
- Your photograph;
- Your driver’s license information;
- Information about your hobbies;
- Your salary expectation;
- Your military status information;
- Your reference information (name, surname, title, workplace, contact information of the reference person),
- Other information that you voluntarily add to your resume but that we cannot foresee
is processed in accordance with the KVKK.
Your data in question may be stored by Compro Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. for up to 1 year if your job application is not approved, and for up to 10 years from the date you leave the workplace if it is approved.
- For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
Your personal data, which we have mentioned above, is processed for the following purposes for the performance of this Service Agreement regarding the employment service we provide to you:
- To manage your job application process,
- To contact you,
- To ensure the determination of whether you have sufficient equipment for the position we will propose to you,
- To be able to contact people from whom we can get references about you and to determine whether you are suitable for the job,
- To be able to determine the position you want to work in, your salary expectation, whether you can work in other positions, and the date you can start work,
- To ensure the determination of whether you can use the vehicle when the need arises to use company vehicles,
- To determine your age appropriateness for the position to be offered to you and to ensure compliance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for Employing Child and Young Workers,
- To be easily remembered by our human resources unit when you come to the interview,
- To be able to contact the job applicant and to prepare the personnel file if the job applicant is accepted for the job,
- To determine whether you have a situation that may interrupt your work during the employment contract and to ensure compliance with Article 75 of the Military Penal Code No. 1632.
- Using Which Method and Based on Which Legal Reasons Do We Process Your Personal Data?
The personal data in question is processed automatically (for example, it is automatically sent to our system in the online environment) or by non-automatic means (for example, we note a piece of information that you tell us on the phone) based on your explicit consent and based on the legal reasons of (i) “being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”, (ii) “being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned”, and (iii) “being necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” as stated in Article 5 of the Law.
- To Whom and For What Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?
Your personal data in question may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement forces in case of a request for the resolution of legal disputes or as required by the relevant legislation, and to our group companies in order for them to employ you.
- What Are Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data and How Can You Access These Rights?
You can submit your requests regarding your rights stated in Article 11 of the KVKK to COMPRO in writing or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by the person concerned and registered in the data controller’s system, in accordance with Article 5 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”.
